The booking fee is a small commitment charge to ensure that job requests are genuine. This allows us to assign serious and available servicers to your job.

You can top up your wallet by navigating to the "Wallet" section in the app and selecting "Top Up". We use the secure iPay88 payment gateway for all transactions.

You can request a cashout from your Wallet screen once you meet the minimum balance requirement. Our admin team will process the request and transfer the funds to your registered bank account within 3-5 working days.

Once the client confirms the job is completed, the payment (minus platform commission) will be instantly credited to your in-app wallet.
